Sevastopol, December 30 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of Sevastopol conducted inspections of compliance with sanitary and epidemiological legislation in gymnasium No. 7 and secondary school No. 44.

During the inspection, it was established that in these educational institutions the storage conditions for food products are violated, and for the nutrition of students, products are used that are not allowed for sale in catering in general education institutions.
Based on the results of the inspection, the district prosecutor made representations to the directors of educational institutions in the district demanding that the identified violations be eliminated and the perpetrators held accountable. The response documents were reviewed, and 3 guilty officials were brought to disciplinary liability.
In addition, a case of administrative offense under Art. 7 Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of legislation in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population).
The materials are being reviewed by the territorial body of Rospotrebnadzor.
