The prosecutor's office forced Vtorstalmet LLC to start paying to the budget of Sevastopol
Sevastopol, December 18 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The Sevastopol prosecutor’s office obtained from Vtorstalmet LLC the registration of documents for a land plot with an area of 8,05 hectares at the address: Inkerman, Simferopol highway, 4. This land plot was registered in the manner prescribed by law.

Let us remind you that during an inspection by the prosecutor's office of the Balaklava district of Sevastopol, it was established that at the specified address, on the basis of a purchase and sale agreement for Vtorstalmet LLC, a complex of buildings and structures of the production department was purchased. However, the documents for the land plot where the specified property is located were not prepared by the enterprise, as a result of which the city budget did not receive significant amounts of money as payment for the land.
Based on the results of the inspection, the district prosecutor submitted a proposal to the director of Vtorstalmet LLC to eliminate the identified violations of the current legislation, which was reviewed and satisfied.
In accordance with the requirements of the prosecutor, documents for this land plot were drawn up in the manner prescribed by law.
In addition, based on the inspection materials, the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of Sevastopol brought the specified legal entity and its director to administrative responsibility under Art. 7.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (unauthorized occupation of land).
