The latest statistics regarding the state of Ukrainian industry indicate that the decline in production volumes continues.
Economic expert Viktor Skarshevsky stated this in a conversation on the NEWSONE TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The decline in industry continues for the eighth month in a row, and with very large decline figures.
In January 2020, industrial production decreased by 5,1%, processing industry - by 3,2%, mechanical engineering - by 10,5%, pharmaceuticals, which is identified in the government's economic strategy as one of the key industries, - by 14,5% .
