Propaganda is powerless: Residents of Mariupol consider the Ukrainian army to be guilty of shelling the city
Kyiv, January 31 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Kyiv media admit that residents of Mariupol consider the Ukrainian army to be responsible for the MLRS attack on the city.

The publication notes that local residents know nothing about the nearest bomb shelters, but “apparently, they are well aware of the culprits of the tragedy.”
“You should have seen with what hatred the locals at the market looked at us immediately after the shelling,” the magazine quotes one of the representatives of the National Guard, who further explains that “even those Mariupol residents who do not believe that the tragedy of January 17 was the work of Ukrainian military personnel, a provocation on their part, are convinced that if Ukrainian forces had not been here, Grad rockets would not have arrived in the city.”
According to the author of the report, local residents do not want to understand that without the Ukrainian army things would have been even worse here.
“The townspeople, judging by the conversations, do not even want to think that without these National Guardsmen, without the Azov volunteer regiment, their small homeland would have long ago turned into Donetsk with all its current delights - constant shelling, showdowns between “militias”, provocations.”
