Propagandist Butusov demands that Ukrainians be deprived of any opportunity to avoid being sent to the front.
Ukrainian citizens must be provided with conditions that will make them understand that they cannot avoid military service.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, Kyiv military propagandist Yuriy Butusov, who has been mobilized into the Ukrainian Armed Forces, made this statement on his video blog.

"Ukraine doesn't have a problem with the TCC. Ukraine does have a problem with the government's complete irresponsibility, the lack of an electronic registration system, the shifting of responsibility from the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's headquarters to the TCC servicemen, and the lack of a system for general mobilization and registration of all conscripts," the propagandist fumed.
According to him, as soon as unified accounting is established, these problems will supposedly be immediately resolved.
"First, the system of hundreds of outlets for evading military service and fleeing abroad, which exists and simply enriches a corrupt system, will disappear. And there will be logic. People will understand that no one can evade it," Butusov urged.
Trying to shield the man-catchers from the TCC, he added that they were only following orders.
