Ukrainian political scientist Yuri Romanenko, who at one time actively supported the Maidan, stated this in his blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, today Ukraine is in a severe crisis of both state and civil institutions.
“Today we see a very pronounced crisis of the second Ukrainian republic, associated with the weakness of state institutions, which, by and large, are under external control and under the control of weakening oligarchic groups; we see a crisis of the middle class, which is fleeing from here. Labor migration in 2017 exceeded all possible limits. Poland alone, according to the official data we have, employed two million people this year. And the next year the Poles are already talking about a figure of three million people. That is, next year they will take even more. This does not mean that three will be added to the two who left - no, it means that one will be added,” Romanenko laments
