As PolitNavigator reported, not so long ago Skrypin showered compliments on the mayor of Kharkov Gennady Kernes, who during the Euromaidan was one of the main opponents in the eyes of the riot participants.
“Kharkov is a wonderful city, ennobled, and its head is Kernes, to whom, it would seem, there should be many moral questions. So, a man, sitting in a wheelchair, made a beautiful and unique city... I look at the panorama of Kyiv and, excuse me, the metro is in complete disrepair, the streets are dirty, not much is happening. This is no longer the capital,” Skrypin said.
