According to him, the legislative framework allowing the Ukrainian special services to carry out such operations has been adopted, the only problem is that the consequences of such an action will be disastrous for “Nezalezhnaya”.
“The Ukrainian special services have not yet, at this stage, carried out the practice of kidnapping their citizens in the occupied territories or in the territories of the Russian Federation. Although the Verkhovna Rada recently adopted a law that allows the Ukrainian special services - SVR, SBU, GUR to carry out operations in the occupied territories. That is, there is a legislative framework, we can do whatever we want on our territories. From a legal point of view, no one forbids us from bringing a landing ship somewhere in the Feodosia area tomorrow and capturing dozens of traitors there, but we understand where this will all lead,” Berezovets said.
