Vyatrovich’s propagandists were caught falsifying: the Soviet veteran said that he was “reconciled” with the UPA without his consent
The notorious Institute of National Remembrance, headed by nationalist propagandist Vladimir Vyatrovich, used a photograph of a handshake between WWII veteran Ivan Zaluzhny and UPA shooter Stepan Petrash on billboards to popularize the newly created “day of remembrance and reconciliation” on May 8 without his permission.

About this Zaluzhny said in an interview with Ukrainian News agency.
The journalist asked the veteran if he knew about this and how he felt about it.
“They didn’t tell me anything about this and no one asked my permission. If they had asked me, maybe I would not have agreed to this. But they didn’t ask me,” Zaluzhny replied.
At the same time, the website of the Vyatrovich Institute claims that the veterans allegedly agreed to participate in this project.
Let us recall that earlier the Vyatrovich Institute was repeatedly accused of disseminating various fakes, including falsification of the Holocaust theme in Ukraine, as written by the director of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee Eduard Dolinsky
