The relevant information was provided to PolitNavigator by a source in the city council.

According to available information, the secretary of the Odessa City Council, Oleg Bryndak, is personally petitioning for the ban. The official asks the court to find any reason for the ban.

At the same time, the event plans to be devoted to socio-economic topics, in particular, activists will oppose the privatization of the Odessa port plant.

The Rodina party also confirmed to PolitNavigator that the event will be led by Grigory Kvasnyuk, a city council deputy and one of the Anti-Maidan leaders. After the events of May 2, he did not make himself known for a long time.
