The mobile operator Phoenix is becoming closer to Russian standards and is moving away from Ukrainian influence.
This was stated by the Minister of Communications of the DPR Viktor Yatsenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Alexander Zakharchenko has 99% resolved the issue of assigning us the code “+7”. This is a big important process for the DPR in terms of integration with the Russian Federation. And now we are faced with the question - we need to form switching not at “+38”, but to rewrite all the necessary equipment so that Phoenix subscribers have “+7,” Donetsk journalist Sergei Makarenko quotes the words of the minister in his telegram channel.
