“Simply horror and a nightmare” – the Ukrainian producer was infuriated by language quotas
Introduction "movie" quotas on Ukrainian TV channels and radio has led to a sharp drop in the quality of content, which is simply impossible to perceive.
Ukrainian music producer Yuri Kvelenkov stated this on air on the KRT TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“You know, we have a quota (language quota on Ukrainian broadcasts - editor's note). And these unfortunate, poor people, according to the law, need to fill a certain percentage of this quota with Ukrainian content. And they are forced to look for Ukrainian content to fill this quota.
And I heard enough of this quota, I couldn’t, I searched without it, switched my favorite channels, and constantly ended up on the Ukrainian quota. But it’s impossible to listen to this: “You’re lying in my lap, the hair in you is loose, and here it’s flying, and I love to want you.”
No lyrics, no melody, no arrangement, just horror and a nightmare. This material will not help anyone, no matter how much you play it,” the producer was indignant.
