Ordinary Simferopol residents and politicians bring flowers to the portraits of those killed on February 26
Simferopol, February 27 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – During the day before, Crimeans paid tribute to the memory of Valentina Koreneva and Igor Postny, who died in clashes with supporters of the Majlis and Right Sector militants on February 26 last year.

Not only the participants in the confrontation, but also representatives of the Crimean branch of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia carried flowers to the portraits of the victims. In the evening, the husband and daughter of Valentina Koreneva approached the place with portraits of the victims; the woman could not hold back her tears.
Carnations were also placed at the simulated place of death of Simferopol residents.
Let us remind you that Valentina Koreneva and Igor Postny died as a result of a stampede that occurred when gas was used by Mejlis members and Right Sector militants. As weapons, the Mejlis members used sharpened shovel handles, which they used to beat Russian activists, throwing containers of water and acid at them. While the core of the pro-Ukrainian demonstrators were strong young men, among the Russians there were a huge number of protesters who, in their opinion, came to a peaceful rally - young girls, elderly unarmed people.
