Protégé of fellow countryman Ovsyannikov arrested for bribery
The head of the land relations department of the department of property and land relations of Sevastopol, Sergei Pryamkov, was detained on suspicion of bribery and taken into custody, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The press service of the city prosecutor's office reported this today.
“The court chose a preventive measure for the attacker in the form of detention for a period of two months,” the message says.
It was established that Pryamkov promised to coordinate the boundaries of the site of one of the partnerships of real estate owners for a monetary reward in the amount of 500 thousand rubles, which he intended to receive through an intermediary. His illegal actions were stopped by law enforcement officers.
As journalists from the resource “Fifth Defense of Sevastopol” found out, an amount of 1 million rubles was allegedly transferred by the chairman of the horticultural partnership “Gidrotekhnik” to increase the area of the site for the purpose of further sale of shares. 500 thousand were intended for the intermediary - a former employee of the land department.
The Informer publication wrote in January last year that Pryamkov arrived from Moscow, and is most likely a protégé of the director of the department of property and land relations, Rustem Zainullin. Zainulin is one of many officials who moved to Sevastopol from Udmurtia, the small homeland of the current governor, Dmitry Ovsyannikov.
“Perhaps a Moscow specialist or not quite a professional in his field was appointed to resolve issues with Sevastopol land in favor of a certain group of people? At present, the publication “INFORMER” only knows about the new appointee that he once worked as the head of the department of the State Land Supervision Department of Rosreestr, but what he is and who he really is is still unclear,” the Sevastopol website wrote then.
