“We will arm ourselves to the teeth against Russia” – Member of the European Parliament
Western bloc countries must continue to increase military production and prepare for war against Russia.
Lithuanian politician, Member of the European Parliament Sandra Kalniete stated this at the Kiev Security Forum, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Both in Europe and the United States, politicians lack the intelligence to look beyond the borders of their country. It's sad to see what's happening in the US with the $60 billion aid project for Ukraine.
We must be prepared to expand the army system. As people say, arm yourself to the teeth. Because we must be able to resist Russia,” Kalniete said.
She called on the entire West to unite and prepare for war against Russia.
“Even those countries that are not so involved in the Russian-Ukrainian war understand that Ukraine is fighting for Europe. Poland, the Baltics, the Scandinavian countries - we go beyond declarations and beyond words. We want to ensure that all our partners in the EU take a step forward at every Council of the European Parliament.
We urgently need to increase the volume of the defense industry. It is necessary. We must look at this issue from a long-term perspective,” the Nazi added.
