People's Deputy Mustafa Nayem reported this on his Facebook page.

“The issue of criminal prosecution and lifting of parliamentary immunity is being resolved,” he wrote.

As PolitNavigator reported, Mikhail Labutin was presented with a notice of suspicion of embezzling UAH 172,5 million of state enterprise funds and tax evasion in the amount of UAH 282 million. On December 19, he disappeared from the hospital where he was receiving inpatient treatment.

Let us note that Sergei Melnichuk has a protracted conflict with the leader of the Radical Party Oleg Lyashko, under whose banner he entered the Rada, but whose faction he left at the end of February.
