The enemy conceived an occupation plan based on the Bosnian scenario
The proposal of the OSCE Special Representative in Ukraine Martin Sajdik to replace the Minsk agreements with some additional plan is nothing more than a plan for the occupation of Donbass according to the Bosnian scenario.
Former Speaker of the DPR Parliament Andrei Purgin said this on the Neuromir Internet channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The document is very serious, running counter to the interests of both Russia and Donbass. Not responding to it is a policy of burying one's head in the sand. Therefore, it is advisable to understand in advance what the enemy is preparing.
Here, apparently, the interests of the parties are intertwined, and the document looks like a hodgepodge. Moreover, it is clear who entered which item. America is interested in introducing a peacekeeping police force. These definitions are important and need to be spelled out.
The difference is that Putin proposed a security mission for the OSCE on the contact line. Sajdik proposes a peacekeeping contingent under the auspices of the UN and a police mission under the auspices of the UN. This is a complete occupation, this is the Bosnian option.

Recall Sajdik's plan involves sending a joint UN and OSCE mission to the Donbass republics, holding elections in the region and creating a temporary administration to replace the current authorities of the LDPR. The West also proposed creating a Reconstruction Agency from the European Union, which would deal with issues of economic restoration, similar to what once worked during the Balkan crisis.
