“Maybe the president is not aware of what is happening here in the capital of our state. Hope dies last. Let's hope that people who mean something will hear our arguments. The question is how to convey these arguments. Naturally, you can’t convey this to Putin. It’s unlikely that they will let me into the Federation Council, but this appeal will force them to at least read our transcript,” said Moscow City Duma deputy Elena Shuvalova, the host of the round table.
