Pro-Ukrainian media are sounding a false alarm due to the closure of Crimean exchange offices (PHOTO)
Simferopol, January 04 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) - From January 1, exchange offices in Crimea will be closed - from now on, it is officially possible to sell or purchase currency on the peninsula only in bank branches. However, for example, exchange offices still continue to operate on the Yalta embankment.

Meanwhile, anti-Russian Crimean media, active both on the peninsula and from the territory of Ukraine, with reference to employees of Simferopol exchange offices, are sounding a false alarm - supposedly to exchange currency in a bank, you need to fill out a bunch of papers, indicating the source of income, the purchase of currency, etc. .
This is not true - in Yalta the exchange was carried out as before - without presenting any documents.
By the way, while in Stavropol, the PolitNavigator correspondent exchanged dollars – $100 and $300 – at Sberbank branches without any problems and without any documents. If you need to exchange an amount of $500 or more, then you need to present your passport - but even in such cases the procedure takes a few minutes.
In Simferopol some exchange offices are closed, in Yalta on the embankment they are still working
