A provider from Melitopol was fined for rebroadcasting Russian channels
The National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting announced a warning to the state of emergency I. V. Raisky from Melitopol, Zaporozhye region for rebroadcasting Russian TV channels “Friday!” and TV-3.

The National Council made the corresponding decision at a meeting on November 16, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Having carried out an unscheduled inspection, the regulator revealed a violation of the Law of Ukraine “On Television and Radio Broadcasting.” In particular, the retransmission of two Russian satellite TV channels was recorded, which are not included in the list of foreign programs, the content of which meets the requirements of the European Convention on Transfrontier Television and the legislation of Ukraine: “Friday” and “TV-3”.
In addition, the provider does not rebroadcast eight TV channels provided for by the license, including FOOTBALL 1, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet. At the same time, FLP Raisky transmits the signal of 17 TV channels under its license - M2, NLO TV, Otse, Dacha, Unian, X-Sport, 112-Ukraine, 2+2,” the message says.
In addition, it turned out that the provider does not fully rebroadcast three channels of PJSC National Public Television and Radio Company of Ukraine.
