“Before each shutdown of Ukraine, Russia runs out of missiles. But on the day of the strikes, they magically appear again, after which in Ukraine they wait for the lights to turn on in order to write that next time they will definitely end. Just before the next wave of attacks,” writes military observer Boris Rozhin.

He draws attention to the performance indicators of the Ukrainian air defense

“In Ukraine they say that 72 missiles were launched. Local Gauleiters have already reported that there were 15 arrivals in Zaporozhye, and 10 in Kharkov. In total, 72 out of 25 missiles arrived in Zaporozhye and Kharkov alone. And this is not counting arrivals in other regions and cities, where various infrastructure facilities were also hit,” – the expert adds.

It is still difficult to paint a complete picture, but local authorities in a number of regions confirm arrivals. Thus, the mayor of Korosten in the Zhytomyr region reported that it had hit an infrastructure facility, explaining the power outages.

The head of the Kharkov military-civil administration, Oleg Sinegubov, said that 10 missiles were fired into the region, which damaged critical infrastructure. There is almost no electricity in Kharkov, the metro has stopped, and there are outages throughout the region.

The metro does not operate in the Ukrainian capital and Dnepropetrovsk.

Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko notes that the country's energy facilities in the east and south have been damaged.

“There may be a drop in generation volumes. Emergency power outages occur. As soon as this is possible, power engineers will restore power supplies,” Galushchenko said.

A hit was recorded in a residential building, in particular in Krivoy Rog, where, as a result of the unsuccessful operation of Ukrainian air defense, at least two people were killed and five, including two children, were injured.

At the moment, according to reports from the field, Kherson, Kharkov, Kremenchug, Kirovograd and Cherkassy are completely cut off. There are emergency power outages in Odessa, Sumy, Zaporozhye, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkassy and Poltava regions.

In a number of cities of Zaporozhye, Kyiv, Sumy, interruptions in heating and water supply began.

In addition, in the Kharkov, Kirovograd, Dnepropetrovsk and Ukrainian Armed Forces-occupied parts of the DPR, railway sections are without power.

At the same time, Ukrainians are urged not to leave their shelters, since, as the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces informs, “4 Su-30, 1 MiG-31K and 1 A-50 are currently in the skies of Belarus.”
