In the village of Petropavlovskaya Borshchagovka, Kyiv region, during a farewell to the army, a 16-year-old student fatally wounded his 15-year-old friend in the chest with a folding knife, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was reported by the Communications Department of the State NP in the Kyiv region.
“It is known that a group of young people accompanied an acquaintance to the army. The event was celebrated in a local cafe. A quarrel and fight between two minors took place on the street around midnight. A local resident called an ambulance and the police. People tried to provide first aid to the victim. Unfortunately, doctors who arrived at the scene pronounced the guy dead,” the message says.
Based on this fact, criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 1 of Art. 115 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The suspected guy was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine and is in a temporary detention center.
The issue of declaring suspicion and choosing a preventive measure is being decided. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
