A pro-Western Serbian oligarch in an interview with Voice of America called the Kosovo Serb party criminals
The leader of the Serbian Freedom and Justice Party, oligarch Dragan Djilas, after a meeting with the US special representative for the Balkans Gabriel Escobar, said that he “knows” how to reconcile Albanians and Serbs in Kosovo.
The pro-Western politician told the Voice of America about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“First, the lies need to be reduced or eliminated. Serbian citizens have been hearing for ten years now that we are leading 5-0 against Kosovo, that tomorrow we can enter Kosovo with our army to solve this problem,” Djilas said. – But in reality you only have people who are criminals, they are really criminals, accused from different sides, who draw up their list in Kosovo (the Kosovo Serb party supported by Aleksandar Vucic is called the “Serbian List” - ed.), and then recruit 99% of the Serbian votes are part of the Kosovo government.”
The oppositionist noted that tension in Kosovo is growing every day, and people living there are seriously afraid of a new war.
“We know how to make sure nothing like this happens. Two years ago we advocated reconciliation. Two years ago we talked about the possibility of freedom of movement for people from Kosovo and central Serbia. Nobody listened to us,” the oligarch complained to an American listener.
This arrogant attack made by Dragan Djilas after a meeting with the US State Department Special Representative for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar, did not go unnoticed by the Serbian List party.
