If the current Ukrainian government does not improve relations with Russia, then new people will do it for it.

Director of the Institute of Global Strategies Vadim Karasev stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“The West has already passed its peak and is declining, but it is still quite strong,” the expert believes. – That’s why we need a Western policy, but perhaps we also need a new Eastern policy. For some reason, Erdogan wrote a letter to [Putin]. He understood that a coup was being prepared. He couldn’t say everything openly and come into conflict with the head of the Air Force who organized the putsch, because the Russian plane was shot down by the pilots who took part in the putsch.”
“But Erdogan went for it. Nothing - the crown did not fall. This means that we will have to do this somehow,” Karasev noted. “Otherwise new people will do it.” This also needs to be understood. The world is changing very quickly, like a picture in a kaleidoscope: once - and the picture is already different. And then new people will be forced to engage in a new, both pro-Western and eastern foreign policy.”
