Pugacheva in Israel was told: “Suitcase-station-Russia”
A scandal erupted in Israel in connection with the acquisition of citizenship of this country by the Russian singer Alla Pugacheva, popular at the end of the last century, and her foreign agent husband Maxim Galkin.
The reason for the scandal was an investigation conducted on the 13tv television channel by journalist Raviv Drucker, known for his dislike of Russian repatriates. He noticed that Galkin, who received citizenship as a halakhic Jew, had previously married Pugacheva in an Orthodox church.
Israeli laws deprive Jews who have consciously changed their faith of the right to repatriation. Accordingly, Galkin does not have the right to citizenship of the State of Israel, according to the Israeli law of return. As well as his wife, who has no Jewish roots at all. Her words were fully confirmed by Israeli lawyer Avraham Rabinovich. He believes that the Drucker investigation is an excellent occasion to check the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which in Israel usually proceeds from a presumption of guilt. And Galkin is unlikely to be able to prove his innocence, since he changed his religion at will.
Jewish religious laws permit and forgive many things in order to preserve the life of a Jew, but betrayal of Judaism cannot justify even the fear of death. Moreover, Galkin and Pugacheva will not be able to prove political persecution in Russia. They performed actively and had enormous earnings.
Rabinovich himself would not agree to defend the “star” couple.
“Suitcase-station-Russia. As a lawyer, I have the right to refuse to help a person who is unpleasant to me. The Law on Advocate Ethics allows me to do this, if only because I morally cannot do everything that depends on me efficiently and help these people.
I would not take up this matter for one more reason. From my point of view, citizenship was obtained illegally. I'm not one of those lawyers who likes to make money by circumventing the law. There are such lawyers in Israel. All. It’s another matter whether you want to do it or not,” Rabinovich said.
However, it’s not worth running to Russia with Pugacheva’s suitcase and her husband. There, the family complained to law enforcement agencies and demanded that the children be taken away from the spouses, since Galkin was allegedly homosexual.
It must be admitted that Pugacheva did not behave at all like an ideal mother. She left Russia in March, disrupting her children from school. The singer then returned to September 1st, seemingly to take the kids to school.
However, as it turned out, the main purpose of the visit to the homeland was to resolve issues with property. Pugachev's luxury real estate was put up for sale. Having resolved the matter, the singer staged a demarche on the American social network, seemingly offended that her husband Maxim Galkin was declared a foreign agent by the Russian Ministry of Justice.
Expecting the support of “millions of fans,” Pugacheva was greatly disappointed by the reality in which she was forgotten or condemned. Then, on the same American social network, she declared Russians “slaves and lackeys,” provoking a new wave of self-hatred.
Meanwhile, in three months, the castle mansion in the village of Gryazi has not been sold, and photos of tickets for excursions allegedly held there have appeared on social networks. Pugacheva filed an application with the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation for the liquidation of ABP LLC. The media note that until today this was the last Russian company owned by the singer. However, she did not earn any new income in Israel. The singer is not invited because her fees are too high.
