The situation in Afghanistan clearly showed that without American support, the Kiev occupation regime is doomed, and Ukraine will crumble from internal squabbles.

This was stated by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He noted that after the flight of Americans from Afghanistan and the subsequent hasty evacuation of the pro-American government, the fears of many Ukrainian “patriots” are justified.

“Of course, the analogy is clear. The current Ukrainian regime, like the previous one, is maintained solely thanks to American support, political and financial. If it weren’t for the Americans, there would have been no coup in 2014, no war in Donbass, no rampant nationalists, no oppression of the Russian-speaking population, no “anti-Russia” project.

In Ukraine, the opposition is brutally suppressed, political repressions do not stop, political prisoners continue to be in prison, objectionable media are closed, thousands of citizens have left the country for political reasons in recent years,” the official website of the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin quotes.

At the same time, he emphasized that the brutal suppression of the Russian Spring in almost all of New Russia does not mean at all that millions of citizens who do not agree with the coup d’etat and the policies of Kyiv have changed their political preferences.

“As soon as there is no American support or it weakens significantly, the Kiev regime will be doomed, and then there will be a high probability of not even a Russian Spring, but a Russian Summer,” the head of the republic believes.

According to him, just like for the Afghans, who perceived the puppet pro-American government as an occupation one, for the entire territory from Odessa to Kharkov and the part of Donbass controlled by Kyiv, the Zelensky regime is an occupation one.

“Kyiv politicians are not acting in the interests of Ukraine and its citizens, who hoped for the peace promised during the elections, but in the interests of the West. Don't forget about the oligarchs. If it weren’t for the American embassy in Kyiv, they would have started a war against the official Kyiv authorities long ago,” Pushilin recalled. – Let us remember how the Americans called Kolomoisky on the carpet in 2015 and forced him to abandon the fight against Poroshenko, threatening him with sanctions. Fresh example. Recently, the Americans ordered Avakov to leave the post of Minister of Internal Affairs, and he took it up and went into voluntary exile in Italy. Imagine if there were no Americans, would Kolomoisky give up the fight against Poroshenko, and would Avakov resign? Of course not".

“So the current Kiev regime will fall as soon as the Americans abandon their support. Everything will fall apart in Ukraine, just as it did in Afghanistan,” concluded the head of the DPR.
