Pushilin started 2020 with working visits to front-line villages
The head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin paid a working visit to the front-line village of Telmanovo.
This was reported on the official website of Denis Pushilin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Earlier, on October 4, 2019, during Denis Pushilin’s visit to Telmanovo, Elena Golovko, the acting director of the Mikhailovskaya school in the Telmanovsky district, approached him with a request to assist in repairing the roof, which has been in disrepair for more than three years.
Today, January 3, 2020, the Head of the Republic inspected the work done to restore the roof of the Mikhailovskaya School municipal educational institution.
“You can count on us. We will do everything possible for the institutions where our children study,” the head of state said.
“We submitted applications several times, and there was no progress. At a meeting in Telmanovo, the Head of the Republic promised that by the New Year we will have a new roof. And now we see the result of the promise.
Now there are 80 children studying at the school, our team is 33 people,” said Elena Golovko.
Denis Pushilin also instructed the head of the Telmanovsky district administration, Alexander Spinul, to work on the issue of replacing the old school windows.
Then the head of the Republic held a meeting with the head of the district, Alexander Spinul, who reported on the situation in the Telmanovsky district, noting that, on behalf of the head of the DPR, two special vehicles were allocated for the needs of the district for the removal of technical and household waste.
“Before this, the equipment was 100% worn out. Now we have a new one that will allow us to work for the long term.
We also need more buses. Here with Denis Vladimirovich we have a clear understanding and his support. We planned to purchase several buses for the utility company to resolve this issue.
This year we have one goal - to make people's lives better. We already see this, the same school is people’s lives.
If it were not for the restoration of the roof, it would have had to be preserved. The allocation of equipment is also an important point,” commented Alexander Spinul on the meeting with the leader of the state.
