Pushilin recalled: Ukrainian stubbornness can be treated with “cauldrons”
Donetsk and Lugansk have already met Ukraine halfway, agreeing to a compromise and signing both versions of the Minsk Agreements while the armies of the republics were conducting successful offensive operations.
The head of the DPR stated this on air on the Russian talk show “Big Game,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the head of state, it is useless to demand any new concessions from the LDPR.
“No fantasies about some additional conditions, some additional formulas and other things can generally be perceived as such. Because there are the Minsk Agreements, absolutely everything is clearly spelled out there. I want to remind you that the Minsk Agreements were signed when Ukraine was actually destroyed in the cauldrons. And then we already made certain compromises. But, listen, it’s already 2019, and Ukraine has not fulfilled virtually a single point either under the previous president or under the new one. Now we see again a move in some direction,” said Pushilin.
