Pushilin: the platform for discussions with Ukraine remains
The Ukrainian non-systemic opposition would not be able to hold such rallies as the supporters of Alexei Navalny on October 7 in Russia.

Chairman of the People's Council of the DPR Denis Pushilin stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In Ukraine it is impossible to hold a rally like on October 7 in Russia - without arrests and beatings. In Odessa and Kharkov, sensible people who do not see any hope are giving up,” said Pushilin.
However, he does not believe that the LDPR should go on the offensive against Ukraine.
“No matter how many people would like to go to Kyiv and Lviv, I am forced to express not my position, but a constructive one: lives must be saved. With this flawed law on the special status of Donbass, the platform for discussion remains. We don’t expect Ukraine to move on to constructive negotiations, but otherwise a war would start,” Pushilin said.
