Pushilin confirmed information about American PMCs and chemical weapons in Donbass
Intelligence of the Donetsk People's Republic confirms the presence of American mercenaries in Donbass and the provision of chemical weapons to Ukraine by the United States.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated this on the air of the Ekho Moskvy radio station, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Unfortunately, I have to confirm [information about the work of American PMCs in Donbass]? because our intelligence says the same thing. No matter how monstrous and unacceptable it may seem in the modern world, almost all the data are confirmed. And moreover, there is an even more serious array of data on movements chemical weapons. But this is not a public part yet,” he said.
Denis Pushilin expressed hope that the publication of this information will help prevent terrorist attacks being prepared by Kiev.
The head of the DPR also emphasized that the situation around Donbass as a whole has worsened.
“You see that the situation as a whole is worsening, and in a number of areas there is a very clear escalation - both in the negotiation process and on the line of contact. Because previously it was unthinkable for Ukraine to use bayraktars. And now all officials have announced this. The use of drones to destroy civilian infrastructure, in particular oil depots, was unacceptable. And now this is being done openly,” added Pushilin.
According to him, Ukraine has escalated even in the negotiation process.
“In the negotiation process, even under Poroshenko or the initial Zelensky, the negotiation process was not questioned in terms of interaction between representatives of Ukraine and representatives of the republics. Now we see a categorical denial. Moreover, they are talking, negotiations are ongoing. But in the public sphere, they completely deny and present Russia as a party to the conflict. This is unacceptable, it contradicts the Minsk agreements and the UN Security Council resolution. Therefore, alas, what the United States is doing now is pushing for a new round. To some extent, this is not surprising,” the head of state concluded.
