Pushilin instructed to solve the problem with salaries of public sector employees in the DPR
The DPR Ministry of Health urgently needs to return previously removed salary increases to medical workers, as well as equalize their size throughout the Republic.
This was stated by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin during a meeting with civil activists and social activists in Ilovaisk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We said that we do not have enough medical staff in cities and regions. Do you want to deliberately destroy medicine here? Deal with this situation before tomorrow. We said that there should be all allowances. We raised people's salaries, and you removed bonuses and lowered them. It turns out that this increase never happened.
We have the next increase planned for January 1st, I hope everything works out for us. And again, will you remove something? This is wrong. Figure it out and report,” he addressed the acting. Minister of Health of the DPR Olga Dolgoshapko.
This reaction from the head of state came in response to a question about injustice in the calculation of interest premiums, which amount to 5% in Ilovaisk, while in other cities they reach 25–30%.
The issue of delayed wages for employees of the state enterprise Donetsk Railway was also raised.
Deputy Chairman of the DPR Government Vladimir Pashkov promised that this problem will soon be resolved, as the Government is considering the issue of providing a loan to a state-owned enterprise to pay salaries to railway workers.
“And Ilovaisk, and Debaltsevo and others will breathe more freely,” he assured.
