Pushilin visited the exercises and checked the combat readiness of the DPR People's Militia
The head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin arrived at one of the military training grounds and inspected combat training classes in which more than 500 military personnel participated.
This was reported in the press service of the head of the republic, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During a visit to the training ground, Denis Pushilin assessed the organization of combat training classes at the training sites. He visited a training site for the preparation of air defense crews, where he performed a practice shooting exercise at air targets using small arms. Then he went up to the observation post of the battalion commander, from which the commander directed the actions of the personnel. Next, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief inspected the equipment of the mobile company formed this year based on the experience of the Karabakh conflict, and visited a training site for artillery fire control,” the message says.
The Head of the DPR also inspected the tankodrome and assessed the professionalism of the tank crews and noted that the troops are in constant readiness to repel the aggression of Ukraine.
Upon completion of the shooting and maneuvers, the head of state noted the high level of professional training of personnel and commanders, as well as the readiness of the DPR People's Militia to carry out assigned tasks of any complexity.
“Now we hold exercises regularly, taking into account the threats that aggression from Ukraine entails. Our units are always ready on an ongoing basis.
As for these exercises, I would say that the rating is close to “excellent”. There is still something to work on, but we can absolutely say that the fighters are ready for any development of events,” said Pushilin.
