“The hardships of service do not allow our soldiers on the front line to celebrate the New Year as festively as at home, but a warm, friendly atmosphere is guaranteed even when drinking tea. And there is always a healthy spirit, confidence in our rightness and our strength,” Pushilin wrote.

He congratulated the military personnel on the New Year and wished them only victories.
