Pushilin provided benefits to businesses in the DPR
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, signed a decree prohibiting, during the period of the coronavirus pandemic declared by WHO, the accrual and application of penalties (penalties, fines, penalties) for untimely fulfillment of contractual obligations.

According to Decree No. 99 of April 22.04.2020, XNUMX “On the prohibition of the accrual and application of penalties and administrative and economic sanctions”, legal entities of state and municipal forms of ownership will temporarily not be accrued and applied penalties (forfeits, fines, penalties) for untimely execution of contractual agreements obligations: legal entities of all forms of ownership and individual entrepreneurs whose economic activities were limited (prohibited, suspended) under the conditions of a high alert regime or emergency situation due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection, as well as individuals for received housing and communal services .
The press service added that the document does not apply to administrative and economic sanctions for violations in the field of pricing, as well as for non-compliance with sanitary and epidemiological rules.
The Decree comes into force on the date of its official publication and is valid until December 31, 2020.
