Pushilin: Ukraine is obliged to enter into a direct dialogue with us if it is going to coexist with Donbass
Ukraine will have to enter into direct dialogue with the rebel Donbass, regardless of the wishes of the Kyiv regime.

Denis Pushilin responded to Kyiv’s earlier statement about its reluctance to build a dialogue with the Republics.
“World practice is that in order to resolve civil conflicts, it is necessary for the parties to communicate directly. The second party to the conflict is the Republic of Donbass.
Accordingly, the Ukrainian side needs to agree with us not on “three legislative acts,” but on all legal aspects of the further coexistence of Donbass with Ukraine,” the head of the DPR emphasized.
According to him, with its statements, Kyiv is now trying to divert attention from the failure to fulfill its obligations.
