Pushilin approved the symbols of the DPR army
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, issued a decree that approved the heraldry - the emblem and flag of the People's Militia (as the DPR army is called in official documents, as required by the Minsk agreements).
The approved symbols will be used in the premises of the army leadership, on official letterheads, awards, insignia, military property, etc.
Thus, the emblem of the People's Militia of the DPR represents an image of a golden double-headed eagle, on the chest of which there is a shield, in the field of the shield there is a horseman striking a dragon with a spear.
The army flag repeats this symbolism and is complemented by the black-blue-red stripes of the DPR banner.
