He emphasized that a positive solution to this issue will significantly strengthen the defensive capabilities of the Donbass republics.
“Taking into account the need to counter the latest types of weapons, this will make it possible to more effectively protect the life and health of the civilian population of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics,” concluded the head of the DPR.
