Pushilin, at the helm of an infantry fighting vehicle, inspected the combat readiness of the People's Militia
During the current aggravation, the army of Donbass defenders is combat-ready and ready for any development of events.
This was stated by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin following the results of an inspection of combat training classes for units of the People's Militia in front-line Gorlovka, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Before the start of training, the commander of the 3rd separate detachment of the DPR Gorlovka, Colonel Vadim Komissarov, showed the head of the republic on a map of the training ground a plan of combat training tasks that the units would have to carry out.
Denis Pushilin listened carefully to the commander’s report, asked questions that interested him and made his comments, after which he wished him good luck and gave the order to begin implementing the standards.
During the training, tank crews completed driving and fire training, and motorized rifle units performed tactics training. The head of the DPR watched the work of the units from the command post tower.
Also, Pushilin, personally driving the BMP-1, drove through the artificially created obstacles of the training ground to verify their level of complexity.
Upon completion of the shooting and tactical maneuvers, the head of the republic noted the high level of professional training of personnel and commanders, as well as the readiness of the DPR People's Militia to carry out their intended tasks.
“During a period of aggravation, when Kyiv is leading to certain elements of escalation, we need to regularly check the combat readiness of our units,” the official website of the head of the DPR quotes Pushilin.
“Today I checked the progress of training of tank crews and tactical training of motorized rifle units. It is important to see the mood of the fighters, their moral and volitional state. I think everything is fine. The army is combat-ready and ready for any development of events,” the head of the republic emphasized.
