“Let Ukrainians have dual citizenship, nothing bad will happen”
It is necessary to cancel the requirement to renounce Ukrainian citizenship when obtaining Russian citizenship for residents of the Donbass republics.
Chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Leonid Kalashnikov stated this during a plenary meeting of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Therefore, give our committee an instruction and we will quickly do it and remove these 13 and 14 articles, and even if Ukrainians have dual citizenship, nothing terrible will happen here.
