Based on the results of negotiations between the heads of Russia and the United States, Washington will force Ukraine to implement the Minsk agreements and grant political autonomy to the LDPR.
Former adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Andrei Illarionov, who has now moved to the United States and has now become a rabid critic of the Kremlin, stated this on the TV channel Ukraine 24, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The fact is that Putin agreed with Biden that Ukraine must implement the Minsk agreements. Both leaders said so, and then a senior Biden administration official gave a special briefing explaining what it meant. Ms. Victoria Nuland gave a more detailed interview, explaining what this means. She said that the Minsk agreements in the negotiations, which the United States is going to join, mean for them, among other things, the provision of political autonomy for the LDPR separatists. Moreover, she said this without talking with her Ukrainian colleagues,” the expert said.
He noted that Washington agreed with Putin’s plan to provide political autonomy to the LDPR.
“Nuland said frankly that this proposal was given by Putin to Biden, and judging by the fact that Biden and Nuland did not object to this proposal, moreover, she not only did not object, but stated it publicly, this means indirect agreement with this option . It is very important now to understand that in this way they will now insist that Ukraine implement the Minsk agreements.
