Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this today at a meeting with the chief editors of Russian media, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“As for the prospects for a settlement in Donbass, it is becoming a frozen conflict. Nobody is interested in this, including Russia. We want the situation to be resolved, but resolved in such a way that it does not cause concern for those living in these territories,” Putin said.

According to him, Russia would be completely satisfied if the Minsk agreements were implemented in full.

“Not selectively, as someone likes, but in full, so that it suits those who live in Donbass. With everything that is written there. Including the law on the special status of Donbass,” Putin said.
