Putin: There are positive developments in negotiations with Ukraine

Positive changes have emerged in Russian-Ukrainian negotiations to resolve the crisis.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this today at a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Moscow, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There are certain positive developments there, as negotiators on our side reported to me,” Putin said.
According to him, negotiations are now ongoing on a daily basis.
