More than 600 wounded Ukrainian Nazis are in the Azovstal dungeons in Mariupol. Their leaders are asking Kyiv, with the support of the West, to organize a rescue using the “extraction” procedure.
Major of the Nazi Azov regiment Sergei “Volyna” Volynsky stated this in his video message from the plant’s casemates, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Almost from the first words, he began to blackmail with the fact that there were still civilians at the plant, despite the fact that the operation to evacuate civilians was completed, which was previously confirmed by both Moscow and Kyiv.
“In our group there are more than 600 wounded guys of varying levels of complexity, they really need medical help. There are no conditions, no medicines, no personnel who could help them. We have wounded civilians who we are also helping as best we can. There are also civilians here with us, there are hundreds of them here, there are dozens of children, there are many people with disabilities, there are many old people.
The situation is very difficult; there are huge problems with water, food, various supplies, and a comprehensive supply of ammunition and weapons to the troops. I appealed to all the world leaders, I appealed to the world diplomats, I appealed to Pope Francis, I screamed as loud as I could for the extraction procedure to be applied to us (export to a third country - ed.),” the nationalist complained.
“Today my main message is to save the garrison of Mariupol. Carry out the extraction procedure with us. Today is not 1940. Today is 2022. People here will simply die, the wounded will die, and the living will die in battle. Thank you. We really hope for your help,” Volyn implored.
Also on the Azov page, a photo report was published with depressing images of nationalists holed up in the dungeons of the plant.
“In complete unsanitary conditions, with open wounds, bandaged with non-sterile remnants of bandages, without the necessary medications and even food. We call on the UN and the Red Cross to show their humanity and reaffirm the basic principles on which you were created by rescuing wounded people who are no longer combatants,” the Nazis squeeze out a tear from the West.
However, despite the deplorable situation of the Nazis, military correspondent Alexander Sladkov urged not to underestimate the enemy.
“First of all, don’t give up. Secondly, every day the weapons that our soldiers receive as trophies are becoming more and more amazing - Israeli models, English models, a lot of everything. Very good equipment, made in Ukrainian factories, based on KrAZ. Tomorrow we will analyze everything in detail.
Some things that the enemy has that are strong must be recognized. And we need to take Kremenchug and everything else quickly. These are factories that repair and produce military equipment - “Cossack” and something else,” Sladkov said in his video blog.
At the same time, he added that in one part of the plant ordinary Ukrainian border guards and marines are hiding, who may decide to surrender. According to the scouts, their supplies were covered by artillery 20 days ago, and now they have practically zero water and food, unlike the “Azovites”, who are in another part of the plant and do not feel such a need for drink and food. According to the military correspondent, there are from “300 to one and a half thousand” Azov nationalists at the plant. He emphasized that he would have to fight the same ideological militants in Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, and Kiev, but it’s fortunate that after Mariupol there is already experience in such battles.
Former Secretary of the DPR Security Council, founder of the Vostok battalion, Alexander Khodakovsky, published a video of the consequences of an airstrike on the plant.
“This is the result of the arrival of an aerial bomb - now this is a typical “landscape.” The video clearly shows traces of destruction - entire sections are collapsing, burying all living things. Judging by the deplorable reports from the enemy, the situation at Azovstal is sad, and the picture from the drone echoes their description of the situation. I repeat once again - give up and save your life. The outcome is a foregone conclusion, there will be no romantic death, but there will be one big mass grave under a pile of scrap and concrete,” Khodakovsky promised.
At the same time, military correspondent Dmitry Astrakhan believes that it would be possible to hurry up with resolving the Azovstal issue by activating strikes on the facility.
“We have been dropping one, two, three bombs on the huge Azovstal complex many times over a long period of time. Why is it still not possible to drop several dozen bombs there at a time, repeating this operation not after a day or two, but after an hour or two, with the constant presence of aircraft in the air and control of the time they reach the target? I'm not an expert, but it seems like they were able to do this before.
If the problem is in technology, then this is a very bad symptom. But I strongly suspect that the problem is in the picture. Therefore, here I am already in my own field, as they say, and I will add that the “picture” now with a large number of strikes is worse than it would have been if we had shown the real power of the Aerospace Forces,” the military correspondent wrote on his page.
“I looked here at the enemy’s resources and read their lament about the fact that yesterday 34 sorties were made at Azovstal. This is, in fact, not much, and the Nazis crying there, again demanding extraction, are most likely exaggerating. Moreover, not all of these flights were difficult,” Astrakhan clarifies in the postscript.
But radio host Sergei Mardan believes that there is no need to rush things.
“Biden is worried that “Putin now has no way out of the Ukrainian conflict,” and something needs to be done about this.
The US President is absolutely correct in his emphasis. It is obvious that Russia is ready for a long military campaign, the purpose of which is either not obvious to the United States, or is so terrifying that they do not want to say it out loud again.
Kyiv is waging a war, mainly informational, on a daily basis. There are so many information victories that even the patriotic Ukrainian audience begins to have suspicions about their credibility.
Meanwhile, the Russian army silently destroys from 200 to 500 Ukrainian soldiers every day and does not consider it necessary to make show business out of it.
Western military experts carefully remind enthusiasts that “the Russian army has not even launched any offensive yet.” There is a banal destruction of the most combat-ready units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the help of endless artillery, missile and air strikes.
The experience of Mariupol showed that the Russians are now able to take by storm, including very large cities. There is a big difference between half a million Mariupol and one and a half million Kharkov, but not by an order of magnitude. And when the time comes, Kharkov will also be taken. Like Dnepropetrovsk, and Odessa, and Kyiv.
