According to the text of the decree, the president submitted to the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol a candidate for election to the position of governor of the city. Governor Sergei Menyailo, ZAKS deputy Vasily Parkhomenko and adviser to the governor Oleg Roslyakov (former head of Sevastopol self-defense - “Navigator”).
