This was reported by the Kremlin press service.
At the same time, the head of the Russian Federation draws attention to the fact that the plan proposed by Poroshenko without practical actions aimed at starting the negotiation process will not be viable and realistic.
“Vladimir Putin considers unacceptable the situation when, after a ceasefire order, as a result of the ongoing confrontation on the Ukrainian side, ammunition falls into Russian territory and explodes, which not only causes property damage, but also endangers the lives and health of our citizens.
The announced peace plan of Petro Poroshenko should not be in the nature of an ultimatum to the militias. The opportunity that comes with the cessation of hostilities must be used to initiate constructive negotiations and reach political compromises between the warring parties,” the report said.
The head of the Russian Federation calls on the conflicting parties to stop any hostilities and sit down at the negotiating table.
