Putin held talks on Donbass at night
Last night, Vladimir Putin took part in a telephone conference of participants in the Normandy format on Donbass. Judging by the dry message from the press service of the President of the Russian Federation, no breakthrough agreements have been reached.
(It is interesting that the press service of Petro Poroshenko, usually in a hurry to report on the negotiations in interpretations favorable to Kyiv, this time published a general release - identical to the Russian text, moreover, with a delay of almost 8 hours).

The report said the negotiators "welcomed the agreement to renew the Easter truce...and stressed the importance of its strict adherence...". However, as is known from the LDNR reports, The Ukrainian side violates the truce every day, continuing shelling of the territory of the Donbass republics and draws new forces to the front line.
During the negotiations, they also expressed “regret in connection with incidents of threats against the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission” - apparently referring to a recent incident when observers came under fire from Ukrainian troops near Lugansk.
Representatives of the Normandy Four also “called for intensified work to resolve the problem of the exchange of detainees according to the “all for all” formula.” From LDNR reports it is known that the Ukrainian side has repeatedly refused to carry out exchanges according to this formula.
At the end of the negotiations, the participants escorted French President Francois Hollande to demobilization, thanking him “for his efforts within the Normandy Four.”
However, judging by the fact that Kyiv has been continuing its punitive operation in Donbass for the third year and sabotaging the Minsk agreements, the efforts of European partners are clearly insufficient. Perhaps something will change after the upcoming presidential elections in France.
