Putin discussed the creation of a center of Christianity in Sevastopol
Russian President Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with the Governor of Sevastopol Sergei Menyailo, during which, in particular, the topic of creating a historical and cultural center of Christianity was touched upon.

Let us recall that Putin voiced the idea of creating a historical and cultural Christian center during a recent visit to the Chersonesos Nature Reserve in Sevastopol together with ex-Prime Minister of Italy Silvio Berlusconi.
Berlusconi then announced his readiness to involve Italian architects in the project, as well as to deliver plants from Italy for planting in Crimea.
