“Putin is very kind, he should shoot you,” a military medic lashes out at his colleagues
Even after the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin was issued on the development of tactical medicine, the situation has not moved one step, the budget is being cut.
Candidate of Medical Sciences, writer-publicist Yuri Evich stated this on the air of the Roy TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I’m very angry with my colleagues, very angry. Because for eight years I have been saying that we need to develop tactical medicine. Whoever criticizes Vladimir Putin here, keep in mind that for two years now he has issued a decree that tactical medicine needs to be developed, these freaks, military doctors, have already “cut down” two annual budgets, but nothing has been done for tactical medicine, although for these two years were possible,” he noted.
“How kind Stalin once was, and for this he was only to blame. Sometimes it seems to me that Vladimir Vladimirovich’s main flaw and fault is that he doesn’t shoot these damn scum. At first they said, like, there is no order, and now, when they were given an order, they find a way not to implement it. They don’t have orders, they don’t have enough conscience, they’re scum,” Evich was indignant.
