Putin will disgrace Zelensky at the Normandy Four meeting

Political scientist Vladimir Volya stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In fact, the situation is ambiguous. I think that, on the one hand, it is necessary to take into account that there are certain concerns that if populated areas find themselves in a “gray zone”, that is, a vacuum of power, a vacuum of law and order is formed, then various showdowns are possible. Someone can roam around in this “gray zone” and cause chaos. This needs to be taken into account.
On the other hand, you need to understand that the format in which this protest in Zolote is being carried out puts the Ukrainian state in an ugly situation. This is in fact an example of the obvious weakness and limited capacity of the Ukrainian state.
People are breaking through the cordon of armed police and no one can stop them. Therefore, I do not exclude that Putin, in order to “shake” Ukraine in front of the entire West, to tell that our government does not control anything, may agree to a summit of the Normandy Four at the highest level, even without disengagement in Zolotoye,” Volya said.
