Moscow does not see the advisability of resuming negotiations on the fate of Donbass with the participation of the Ukrainian leadership until Kyiv condemns and suppresses the terrorist activities of groups on Ukrainian territory.
Political scientist Alexey Chesnakov, head of the Center for Political Conjuncture, stated this at a press conference in Moscow.
According to him, Russia’s main condition is that “Ukraine stops organizing terrorist activities.”
